With over 17 years’ experience investing across asset classes, Adam is a strategic thinker with a strong background in asset allocation strategy, portfolio construction and risk management.
Adam has previous experience at Nomura International as a senior Portfolio Manager in a highly regarded team that had its roots in the old Lehman Brothers business. Before this, he spent over seven years at Rand Merchant Bank in London, where he was responsible for the successful international Emerging Markets proprietary risk-taking business.
Adam graduated with a Master’s in Finance from Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin. He holds the Investment Management qualification (IMC).
Ned has 15 years’ experience at all stages of the property investment management process, but specialises in equity capital raising, third-party finance, fund structing, acquisition, disposals and asset management.
Before establishing SW3 in 2012, Ned co-founded Hiberno Saxon with Tom O’Mahony, a London-based property investment management business and has previous experience as an investment surveyor at Catella UK and Gresham Downs Capital Partners (now Savills).
Ned is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and holds a CFA Society Investment Management Certificate (IMC). Ned qualified from Bristol University (BA) and Cass Business School (MA).
With experience at all stages of the property investment management process, from acquisition and disposal though to debt restructuring, Tom is a highly regarded dealmaker with proven success over the past 15 years in the European markets. He has been instrumental in negotiating solutions for clients, including navigating securitisation workouts.
Before establishing SW3, Tom co-founded Hiberno Saxon, a London-based property investment management business and has previous experience as an investment surveyor at Catella UK.
Tom graduated with Business Studies and Language BBS Honours from Trinity College Dublin and studied Russian at St. Petersburg State University.
